The cottage is a converted milking parlour (beudy in Welsh) belonging to the days when Maes Pant was a working dairy farm. The conversion has been carried out sympathetically and in accordance with the latest building regulations, providing light, spacious (200 sq.m.) accommodation. Most of the downstairs area, including bedrooms and bathroom, is accessible to wheelchairs. Click on the red parts to see photos.

Sleeping rooms. Downstairs: Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds and single bed or 2 singles. Upstairs: Bedroom 3: double bed and single bed. Versatile Galleried sleeping/living area: 1 sofa bed, 2 put-you-up beds (if required). All bedrooms are capable of including our travel cot or additional put-you-ups.All freshly-laundered linen is supplied.

Living room. Wood-burning stove, Digital TV, DVD and video, stereo system, games and books, maps and tourist information; patio doors through to sheltered BBQ and outdoor play areas.

Kitchen/Dining room. Full kitchen facilities (all the usuals plus microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board). Dining tables together seat 10.

Bathroom and cloakroom. Bath, WC, shower and handbasin in the bathroom. WC, shower and handbasin in the cloakroom.

Wheelchair access. Wheelchair friendly.

Secure parking. Parking for several cars.

Activities at Y Beudy. Games room with table tennis, snooker and darts. Swings and children's play area with willow teepee. Walk around the lake and newly planted traditional orchard in our 5 acre field, or explore the woodland trail. Bikes available to borrow. Horseshoe pitch.

General information. Starter pack provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice,detergents and toilet rolls. All central heating, piping hot water, towels and bedlinen included.
